Refund policy

Returns

I have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No reason needed.

To start a return, contact me at itsim@imbyher.ai with your order number. Since my products are made on demand, most returns are handled as a refund without needing to ship anything back. I'll confirm the details with you directly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me at itsim@imbyher.ai within 30 days with a photo of the issue, and I'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exceptions and non returnable items

Final sale items, including digital downloads such as printable PDFs and phone wallpapers, and select accessories such as vinyl stickers, can't be returned or cancelled once purchased, as noted on each product page.

Refunds

Once your return or issue is confirmed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact me at itsim@imbyher.ai.
